The first "Computers for life" festival, organized by the Ministry of
Information and Communications, was inaugurated on March 21 in the
northern province of Thai Nguyen.
The import of used personal computers and phones has been prohibited
from February 20, according to Circular 04 issued in January by the
Ministry of Industry and Trade.
